Quality Assurance and control
Motorsport Distributors Group guarantees all products are carefully checked for 100% quality assurance prior to shipping.
All items are carefully packed and sent in its original packaging.
Processing and delivery
Three to five (3-5) working days for items ready to dispatch, and ten (10) working days for items to be ordered from the manufacturer/supplier.

Please note: During major events such as the Formula 1 Grand Prix Melbourne, Bathurst 1000 and Australian MotoGP Phillip Island, or major online promotions, orders may take up to ten (10) working days to be processed and shipped.
Delivery Conditions (Domestic & International)
Additional Shipping Fees: Large items or bulk orders may incur extra delivery fees and are calculated based on total weight (volumetric or actual – whichever is greater) of your order. In some cases, the Flat Rate paid is not enough to cover shipping costs for larger orders.
Additional postage charges are required to be paid prior to sending any larger orders out.
This may include orders that have items such as umbrellas and track chairs as they may be required to be packaged separately.
Delivery Notes: Please note – you may include any delivery instructions in the notes section during checkout, such as “leave at door”. Please be advised that while we can enter these into delivery instructions, we can not give guarantee that these actions will be followed as it is our delivery service who completes delivery.
For deliveries within Australia, there are 2 options. Standard delivery is a rate of $9.50 and sent via Australia Post or Express $15.00 and orders are sent via Australia Post Express or StarTrack Express. You will receive a tracking number, via email, once your order is shipped.
Additional delivery fees – for Express service only
PO Boxes will incur an additional $10 per package fee.
Please note: Orders including pre-order or backorder items will be sent once we have received all items to avoid any extra postage fees. However, you may wish to have the available items in your order sent prior to their arrival for an additional fee.
International deliveries are charged a flat rate of $35.00 and sent via UPS or AusPost International. You will receive a tracking number, via email, once your order is shipped. Motorsport Disbtributors Group will also track your package to ensure delivery. Feel free to email firstname.lastname@example.org for delivery status at any time.
We cannot dispatch internationally to PO Boxes.
Please note: International deliveries are subject to duties and taxes. It is your (the customer) responsibility for all duty and tax charges incurred for International shipments, we are not responsible for these charges.
If these charges are imposed, and are not paid for, your parcel will be abandoned and any monies paid will not be compensated or reimbursed.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
We will accept returns on genuine faulty items. Please contact us via phone (+61 3 9459 9925) or email email@example.com within three (3) days of receipt of the order (and yes, we can track all of our deliveries). Please make contact so we can advise on you how the matter can be rectified.
Returns forms are provided in the package you have received and once a remedy has been discussed, this form should be completed and faulty items carefully repackaged and posted to:

We accept exchanges also, when notified within 14 days of receipt of goods (and yes we track all of our deliveries). Exchanges will only be accepted on goods that still have all original tags are attached and in original packaging. Please make contact with us via phone or email to discuss the exchange you wish to carry out. Where required, fill out the returns/exchanges form provided, items should be carefully repacked and posted to:

Postage on exchanged goods is at the customers expense.
Please note: Sale items are excluded from our refund policies. They are eligible for exchanges or store credit only. Any items purchased with a discount code are classed as sale items as full RRP has not been paid.
Pre order or back order items are items not yet in stock. By purchasing an item of this kind, you are securing an allocation of the item. Product listings will state the most recent ETA for delivery.
All items that are on pre order/back order will clearly state so in their product listing.
If in the same order, you have an item that is available now and a pre order, our policy is to hold all items until back order/pre order merchandise arrive, to save charging customers any additional postage fees. If you wish to receive the available items prior to this, please advise so we can organise the additional postage.
Model Car Pre Orders
A model may not be available for a number of months from the time it is listed on our store, as there is a lengthy process that models must undergo before, during and after production, such as approval from sponsors, shipping, and customs hold ups.
We depend on Model Manufacturers/Distributors to provide us with as much information as possible.
Price and ETAs are correct at listing, as advised by the manufacturing model company. Both are subject to change, which is governed by the distributor of the model, and not by our company. If we are notified of a price change by the manufacturer/distributors, we will be in touch with all customers to inform them of this. Any price difference must be actioned before any goods can be shipped out. You will not be asked to pay the price difference until the pre ordered stock has arrived in our warehouse.
We aim to keep you as updated as possible regarding ETA and possible price changes, as information becomes available to us from our supplier.
